About Us

Inkprimal is the shop of Alexis Epalza, a tattoo artist working in Maastricht, and the home of the Imperial tattoo machines he designs and builds.

Every machine is designed, built and tested in the workshop — coil machines and direct-drive rotaries — and made to order, so each one leaves the bench for a specific artist.

The Imperial Pro Team are artists who work with these machines every day. Their tattoos are the best way to see what the machines can do.
