Privacy
We collect the minimum needed to build your machine, send it to you, and issue a correct invoice.
What we collect, and why
- Your email address. To confirm your order and send you the tracking number. It is the only way to reach you about a purchase.
- Your delivery address. To ship the machine and to declare it at customs.
- Your VAT number, if you give us one. To check it against VIES and invoice without VAT where the reverse charge applies.
- Your order and payment records. Dutch tax law requires us to keep invoices, so these are not deleted on request while that obligation lasts.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your data, we do not profile you, and we do not send marketing unless you ask for it. You do not need an account to buy.
Card details
We never see them. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; the shop only receives whether the payment succeeded and for how much.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to the invoicing obligation above. Email us and we will answer within a month.
